Inorganic Paints – Mixing System
Technical Specifications:
A complete on-site tinting system supplied to glass processors, consisting of base paints and color pastes together with Dexode-developed formulas. It allows customers to produce RAL color chart shades in-house, in the exact quantities they need and with consistent batch-to-batch accuracy. The system simplifies stock management, increases production flexibility and enables fast response to short-lead-time color requests. All components are fully compatible with our inorganic glass paint range (RoHS compliant, heavy-metal-free).
Application Method:
Bases and color pastes are weighed and blended according to Dexode-supplied formulas. The resulting paint is applied via screen printing, roller coating or spray systems.
Paint Consumption:
Typically 60 – 300 g/m² depending on color depth and application method.
Application Areas:
Glass processing facilities, architectural and decorative glass producers, white-goods manufacturers and projects with frequent custom color demands.
