Laminated Glass Paints
Technical Specifications:
Inorganic, heavy metal-free (RoHS compliant) glass enamel coatings designed for laminated automotive and architectural glass applications. These systems are applied on flat glass and subsequently fired during bending processes such as sag bending or press bending. The firing temperature typically ranges between 580 °C – 640 °C, forming a permanent ceramic layer fused with the glass surface. The products are single-component systems, which can be adjusted with compatible mediums (water-based or solvent-based depending on application requirements). Thanks to their high chemical and mechanical resistance, they deliver long-lasting and reliable performance.
Application Method:
Applied by screen printing (serigraphy).
Paint Consumption:
Depending on application parameters, mesh size and opacity requirements: 60 – 80 g/m².
Application Areas:
Automotive laminated glass (windshields); architectural exterior glass.
