Automotive Side Glass Paints
Technical Specifications:
Water-based, heavy-metal-free (RoHS compliant) inorganic coatings designed for automotive glass applications. Suitable for both flat and curved glass surfaces (e.g. side glass). These are single-component systems applied prior to glass processing and integrated into the glass surface during tempering or bending processes at temperatures between 620 °C and 680 °C. Can be adjusted with compatible screen printing media.
Application Method:
Applied via screen printing systems.
Paint Consumption:
Typically ranges between 60 – 80 g/m², depending on application method and design.
Application Areas:
Automotive side glass applications, including passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.
