Technical Specifications:
Water-based, heavy-metal-free (RoHS compliant) inorganic coatings designed for automotive rear glass applications. These paints are applied on flat glass prior to forming and integrated into the glass surface during tempering and press bending processes at temperatures of approximately 640 °C – 720 °C, depending on production conditions. Single-component systems that can be adjusted with compatible screen printing media.
Application Method:
Applied via screen printing systems.
Paint Consumption:
Typically ranges between 60 – 80 g/m², depending on application method and design.
