Temper Glass Enamel (Ceramic Paint)
Technical Specifications:
Water-based, heavy-metal-free (RoHS compliant), single-component inorganic glass enamel coatings based on glass frit and pigments. Designed for use on flat and shaped glass surfaces, with curing (tempering) temperatures typically between 600°C and 700°C, depending on furnace conditions. Can be adjusted with compatible screen printing or spray media.
Application Method:
Applied via screen printing, roller coating, curtain coating and spray systems in industrial production lines.
Paint Consumption:
Typical consumption ranges from 60 to 300 g/m², depending on application method, mesh size and coating thickness.
Application Areas:
Architectural glass, automotive glass, white goods (oven, refrigerator, hood glass), decorative glass, furniture glass and industrial glass applications.
