Thermoplastic Paints
Technical Specifications:
Single-component organic coatings designed for hollow and shaped glass surfaces such as bottles and containers. Applied using heated pad printing systems at 40°C – 80°C, followed by integration into the glass surface during the tempering process at 560°C – 620°C. Most colors from international color charts can be produced, with certain limitations for specific shades such as magenta tones. Can be adjusted with compatible printing media.
Application Method:
Primarily applied via heated pad printing systems, with optional screen printing applications depending on design requirements.
Paint Consumption:
Typically ranges between 20 – 80 g/m², depending on application method and design.
Application Areas:
Glass packaging, cosmetic and perfume bottles, beverage bottles and other hollow glass applications.
